Refund Policy

If a client is unhappy, so are we. 

**Please note all deposits made are final and non-refundable**

**All clients have up to ten days after delivery to request revisions.  In the rare case that a client is unsatisfied with delivered content, they may be eligible for a partial refund or a re-shoot. This is a one-off service which means each individual set of content created is custom, and entirely devoted to said client. This is not a product/service that can be "re-stocked". Our services are created and delivered based on time spent which makes us, Next Gen Ecom LLC, unable to give full refunds under any circumstance other than cancellation.**
